Experience Ember CT
Ember CT is Connecticut’s only fully mobile restaurant, creating unforgettable live-fire dining experiences at farms, breweries, vineyards, and other unique destinations throughout the state.
Led by Chef Ryan, former Executive Chef at Fork & Fire, Ember serves a chef-crafted à la carte menu featuring fresh, seasonal Connecticut ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, local beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
No tickets are required for dinner. Simply make a reservation or stop by and enjoy an incredible meal in one of Connecticut’s most unique outdoor dining settings.

Friday • Grow & Glow
Girls ages 10–14 are invited for an evening of creativity, nature, and fun. Create an illuminated air plant terrarium, paint a plant stake that will be displayed in our gardens, enjoy dinner from Ember CT, play Plant Bingo, and make memories in the barn and gardens.
Sunday • Plant Bingo & Brunch
One of Pinehurst Farm’s favorite events returns! Enjoy brunch by Ember CT while playing multiple rounds of Plant Bingo for beautiful plants, garden-inspired prizes, and botanical treasures.
