6-Hour Celebration Rental – $750 (2025 Rate – Book by 12/31/25)

Our most popular package is designed for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, and small gatherings that feel special, relaxed, and personal.

Package Includes

6-hour private rental of both the barn and greenhouse
Tables and chairs for up to 30 guests (bring or rent more if needed)
Use of outdoor garden areas for mingling and photos
Single-stall restroom (suitable for up to 50 guests; optional rentals for larger groups)
Ample on-site field parking
Access to vintage décor, plants, and seasonal touches that make your event photo-ready
One event per day – your time here is completely your own

Booking Details

$750 total rental rate
50% deposit and signed rental agreement required to reserve
Setup and cleanup within your 6-hour window
Flexible vendor policy — bring your own food, drinks, and décor

2026 Early Booking Special:
Reserve your 2026 celebration by December 31, 2025, and lock in 2025 pricing before our seasonal updates.
If another event is booked the same weekend, we’re happy to coordinate and split the portable restroom delivery fee.
